We still have not figured out what the mystery goby is. They all get along and hang out as buds. I really like them, I have always been partial to my sw gobies.  _________________ Smile~=) Carole |

Some of my gobies have stayed small,they have that little mustache, and have either a neon red, or neon blue stripe. The mystery goby is larger, has a more pronounced crosshatch pattern, and has red,blue, and maybe a little yellow on the tail.  _________________ Smile~=) Carole |

This makes we wonder if the exporter mixed the two species in order to fill my order.

Sure.. I have a couple, but they were before his tail colored up. That's a new thing. These are the old pics, I'll work on new ones. Shouldn't be too hard, he is also the most outgoing of them all.
this pic really does not show the difference..this is back in sept too, before the colors came in he shows now

Somehow his eye is also different than the others. They have a more discernable iris. His eyes are much darker
